Blend all ingredients in a juice blender and cooking like a regular pancake

SECOND DINNER (30 MINUTES LATER)
4 scrambled eggs
1/2 scoop of whey protein powder
1 tablespoon of butter
Blend all ingredients and cook like a pancake

THIRD DINNER (30 MINUTES LATER)
4 oz. to 6 oz. of baked chicken

IF REAL HUNGRY BEFORE BED, REPEAT THIRD DINNER
